A multi-generation Forestville farming family turned winery, known for old-vine Zinfandel and steep-slope Jackass Hill Vineyard.
The Martinelli family has farmed this ground for generations, and their steepest plot — Jackass Hill Vineyard — is farmed entirely by hand because it's too steep for a tractor. It's the source of some of the winery's most sought-after old-vine Zinfandel.
